A native of Saybrook, Ill., and the son of a second-generation racer, Blake Feese's love affair with speed started early. From zipping around the neighborhood on his four-wheeler to winning behind the wheel of a Quarter Midget at 10-years old, Feese knew racing was his career path.
In 1998, Feese won his first track championship in the 600cc Mini-Sprints at Jacksonville (Ill.) Raceway. Over the next three years, Feese made the jump into Sprint Cars, with impressive showings at Bristol Motor Speedway and feature victories at Knoxville Raceway and the All-Star Sprint feature at Eldora Speedway.
It was in 2003, thatFeese picked up and moved to Charlotte, N.C. to pursue a stock car career in the NASCAR ranks. With no contacts, contracts or equipment, Feese began knocking on the doors of the top NASCAR teams. He continued to run select World of Outlaws (WoO) races, including winning the feature at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
In 2004, Feese got the break he had been searching for, and was signed to a Hendrick Motorsports Development deal. He ran select ARCA Racing Series events, winning at Nashville Superspeedway (Tenn.) in only his second career start. Feese continued to have success that year winning at Talladega Superspeedway, while never qualifying outside the top-10. In 2005, he competed with Hendrick Motorsports in the No. 5 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, qualifying as high as eighth at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Feese jumped back into the ARCA Racing Series in 2007, running a limited schedule with Sadler Brothers Racing. That year he earned top-10 finishes in each event he competed in as well as a top-five finish at Kansas Speedway.
In 2009, Feese made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut for Billy Ballew at Nashville Superspeedway qualifying 18th and finishing 12th.
In 2011, Feese will return to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series to pilot the No. 32 Chevrolet Silverado for Turner Motorsports.
